This program offers students a valuable chance to connect with industry professionals and gain firsthand insights into their chosen field. By pairing mentees with experienced mentors who volunteer their time, we aim to enhance students’ communication skills and provide them with valuable advice. Mentors are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences, answering questions and offering guidance without any formal commitment beyond regular conversation and support.

Mentorship Topics

• Open-ended discussions: Topics can be determined by the mentor and mentee based on their interests and needs. Career guidance: Common areas of discussion include:
  • Job and internship applications
  • Day-to-day living and professional etiquette
  • Industry-specific insights and trends
• Flexible commitment: Mentors are encouraged to commit to at least one hour per semester, but additional time is welcomed.
• Optional attendance: Mentors may choose to participate in virtual or in-person events with their mentees, but it is not mandatory.
